Parts Sales Advisor
Internal Parts Sales Advisor to join the team in Castleford, we are looking for someone with the following competences;
- Experience of selling too and dealing with Motor Factors distribution businesses operating in either LV/LCV or CV channels
- Ability to provide first class customer service to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Possess significant knowledge of the main product groups purchased by motor factors in the Aftermarket sector.
- Have good commercial aptitude
The ideal applicant will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Excellent Parts Interpretation skills – cars, trucks and vans.
- A great communicator and customer services champion
- Worked within a parts aftermarket environment for at least 5 years
- Extensive knowledge of the UK parts aftermarket
- Competent levels of literacy numeracy and IT skills
- Embracing of change and willing to learn new skills
