Word from the MD

It’s been a significant quarter for the business, where our focus has remained on supporting our people and maintaining a high level of service for our customers.

We recently held a Staff Appreciation Day, taking the opportunity to say thank you to the team for their continued hard work and commitment. It was great to see everyone come together and enjoy breakfast butties on us. We were also pleased to welcome a representative from Andy’s Man Club, who delivered an insightful and important session to staff, reinforcing the importance of looking after our mental health and supporting one another.

Our 40-year celebration was another fantastic milestone. It was a great moment to reflect on how far we’ve come as a business, celebrate with colleagues, and extend that celebration to our customers with a series of special offers throughout the week.

From a commercial perspective, activity remains strong. Our recent Mahle Week was well received, and we’re now looking ahead to Elring Week, where we’ll continue to bring competitive offers and added value to our engine reconditioner customers.

We’ve also taken a significant delivery of EcoBlue Cam Modules, which have seen excellent demand and are already proving to be a strong addition to our range.

Looking ahead, preparations are well underway for the RTX Show in June. We’re looking forward to being there, having meaningful discussions, and continuing to support our motor factor customers face-to-face.

In terms of product and pricing, we’ve introduced a new flat pricing structure for NOx Sensors, now available at £125, offering clear, consistent value across the range.

Finally, we’re currently in discussions with a new LCV supplier, which could further strengthen our offering in this area – so watch this space.
